Horizontal shaded reference region — a rectangle spanning y ∈ [y1, y2] across the full plot width. Drawn behind every data series. Useful for acceptance bands, tolerance windows.

Fields:

  • :y1, :y2 — bounds in data space
  • :hatch — fill pattern (default :dots_sparse)
  • :alpha — fill opacity 0..1 (default 0.35)
  • :stroke — optional border dash preset; nil for borderless
  • :stroke_width, :label
