Deterministic execution kernel for Backplane agent runtime runs.

External results are accepted only when their run, incarnation, step, attempt, invocation, or continuation identities match the authoritative run state. Cancellation remains nonterminal until an exact cleanup snapshot is confirmed or uncertainty is explicitly retained.
