Observe an already acknowledged immutable host request in the actual effect caller.

The callback may only wait for that request. It must not install, dispatch MCP, or start untracked work. Registration precedes the callback; cancellation seals completion and observes the registered caller's termination, not remote rollback.

Runs one caller-owned MCP resource request with cooperative local cancellation.

The starter must only start that resource request in the calling process. It returns the public MCP result for the adapter's usual result/error conversion. Additional untracked adapter effects cannot be confirmed by this helper.

Runs explicit sequential MCP requests under one admitted invocation.

The callback may only perform scoped resource requests and pure result aggregation. Each one-argument starter must preserve the supplied reserved options and return its real caller-owned MCP handle. Untracked effects cannot be confirmed by the scope. The callback's ordinary value is preserved.
