Host-configured image-generation adapter; no local fake executor.

Native service calls supply a reserved :runtime_context option containing portable invocation :identity, process-local resource/effect ownership and the live :effect_deadline accessor. Standalone calls do not invent identity. Adapters may ignore this additive option; process-local values must not be serialized into artifact metadata. Adapter timeout is bounded by configuration and the current runtime allowance, without renewing that allowance.
