Host-owned resource lifetime across distinct, bounded Conversation runs.

Bindings are process-local capabilities. A successful durable run finish must acknowledge detachment before another run can bind. Failure, cancellation, owner death and uncertain settlement close admission and reconcile resources. Restored journal records cannot attach or recreate a binding.
