Capability set for AshScylla.DataLayer.
ScyllaDB supports the filtered, projected, limited reads required by the AshDyan engine. AshDyan performs the final analysis in memory because CQL has no generic grouping or join query shape that can preserve AshDyan's stable chart contract.
The capability result means the analysis can be served by AshDyan's bounded read path; it does not claim that ScyllaDB has native support for every analysis function.
